Content Removal Policy
This Content Removal Policy describes how to request removal of content from Pure Love when the content does not involve a copyright claim (for copyright, see our DMCA Policy).
Who Can Request Removal
You may request removal of content if:
- You are the subject of imagery or descriptions and did not consent to such use
- You are a parent, legal guardian, or representative of someone whose likeness has been used without consent
- You are a victim of non-consensual intimate imagery or deepfakes
- The content violates our Blocked Content Policy
- The content depicts you and you wish to exercise your right to erasure under applicable privacy law
How to Submit a Request
Send a request to legal@purelove.chat including:
- The specific URL or description of the content
- Your relationship to the content (subject, representative, etc.)
- The grounds for removal (which category above applies)
- A copy of government-issued ID (for verification, if you are claiming to be the subject)
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate
Our Response
We will:
- Acknowledge receipt within 48 hours
- Investigate the request
- Remove or disable access to the content if the request is valid
- Respond to you within 14 days with the outcome
For urgent cases (involving non-consensual intimate imagery, threats, or imminent harm), mark your email "URGENT" in the subject line. We aim to respond within 24 hours for urgent cases.
Appeal
If you disagree with our decision, you may appeal by replying to our response within 30 days with additional information.
