Blocked Content Policy

Pure Love prohibits the following categories of content. This applies to all inputs you provide and all outputs you attempt to generate. Violations result in content removal, account suspension, permanent termination, and where appropriate, reports to law enforcement.

Absolutely Prohibited (Zero Tolerance, Immediate Permanent Ban)

1. Child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Any content sexualizing, depicting, or referencing minors in a sexual context. Reported to NCMEC and law enforcement.
2. Content involving real minors in any context. No conversations involving real children even in non-sexual scenarios.
3. Threats of violence or terrorism. Including credible threats against specific persons, groups, or institutions.

Prohibited

4. Real persons without consent. Sexual or intimate content depicting identifiable real people, including celebrities, public figures, private individuals, or anyone you know personally.
5. Non-consensual sexual content. Including rape fantasies framed as non-consensual against unwilling adults, content involving incapacitated persons.
6. Bestiality and animal abuse.
7. Extreme violence and gore. Content depicting torture, mutilation, or graphic injury for shock or arousal.
8. Hate speech. Content advocating violence or hatred based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
9. Self-harm and suicide promotion. Including content encouraging, glorifying, or providing methods for self-harm.
10. Illegal acts. Content that depicts, advocates, or facilitates illegal activity in your jurisdiction or ours.
11. Doxxing and stalking. Sharing private information about real persons.
12. Impersonation. Using the Services to impersonate real persons.
13. Intellectual property infringement. Generating content based on copyrighted characters, brands, or works without authorization.
14. Malicious code, hacking instructions, or attempts to bypass security. Including jailbreak prompts and exploits.
15. Spam, scams, and fraud. Including phishing, financial scams, and manipulation tactics.

Enforcement

We use a combination of automated content filtering, human moderation, and user reports to enforce this policy. Our moderation tools flag potential violations for review. Severe violations result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.

If you encounter prohibited content, report it to support@purelove.chat with as much detail as possible.

Appeals

If your account was actioned and you believe it was an error, contact support@purelove.chat with your account email and a description of the issue. We will review and respond within 7 days.
