DMCA Copyright Policy

Pure Love respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512, and similar laws.

How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe content on Pure Love infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our Designated Agent containing:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
3. Identification of the allegedly infringing material with sufficient detail for us to locate it (URL, character name, conversation timestamp)
4. Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner

Response

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:

1. Review the notice for completeness and validity
2. Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
3. Notify the user who posted the material
4. Forward the notice to the user (with personal information redacted as appropriate)

Counter-Notice

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice containing:

1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the material removed and its prior location
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
4. Your name, address, phone, and a statement consenting to jurisdiction of the federal court in the State of Delaware
5. A statement that you will accept service of process from the original complainant

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant. If they do not file a court action within 10-14 business days, we may restore the material.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers, defined as users who receive two or more valid DMCA takedown notices within a 12-month period.

Misrepresentations

Knowingly submitting false DMCA notices or counter-notices may result in liability for damages and attorney's fees under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
