Pure Love is an AI companion platform for entertainment purposes. You can chat with unique AI characters, each with their own personality and conversation style. All interactions are simulated and for entertainment only.
Is my data private?
We take reasonable steps to protect your data. Your messages are processed by third-party AI providers to generate responses. We do not sell your data or share conversation content for advertising. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
How many free messages do I get?
You get 3 free messages to try the platform. After that, you can upgrade to Premium for unlimited messaging.
What does Premium include?
Premium gives you unlimited text messages with all characters and a monthly token allowance for AI-generated images. Features are actively being developed and may change.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Email support@purelove.chat and we will process your cancellation. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.
What will appear on my bank statement?
Charges will appear under our payment processor's name. The exact name depends on the payment method used. It will not reference specific content.
Can I change my display name?
Yes. Go to Settings and update your display name anytime.
Are the characters real people?
No. All characters are entirely AI-generated and fictional. They do not represent real individuals. All content is simulated and for entertainment purposes only.
