Community Guidelines
Pure Love is a private, adults-only space for fictional, AI-generated companionship. These Community Guidelines explain what is welcome here and what is not. They work together with our Terms of Service and our Blocked Content Policy, which sets out the content that is strictly prohibited.
What Pure Love Is
- An entertainment platform where you chat with fictional AI companions.
- A creative space you lead — the characters respond to the conversation you direct.
- Strictly for adults aged 18 or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).
Every character on Pure Love is fictional, computer-generated, and portrayed as an adult. No real humans are involved, and any resemblance to a real person is unintentional.
How to Be a Good Member of the Community
- Keep it fictional and adult. Your companions are not real people. Do not treat conversations as real-world advice, real relationships, or real commitments.
- Respect the boundaries below. Some content is never permitted, no matter the framing or context.
- Protect your privacy. Do not share real names, addresses, financial details, government IDs, or other sensitive personal information in conversations.
- Report problems. If you encounter content that breaks these guidelines, tell us at support@purelove.chat.
What Is Never Allowed
The following are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination, and where appropriate, reports to law enforcement and child-safety authorities:
- Any sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualizes, depicts, or references minors — zero tolerance.
- Sexual or intimate content depicting identifiable real people without consent (including celebrities, public figures, and private individuals).
- Non-consensual sexual content against unwilling or incapacitated adults.
- Bestiality, extreme violence, gore, or content created to glorify harm.
- Hate speech, threats, harassment, stalking, or doxxing.
- Content that encourages or provides methods for self-harm or suicide.
- Illegal activity, fraud, scams, malicious code, or attempts to bypass our safety systems.

How We Enforce These Guidelines
We use a combination of automated content filtering, manual review of flagged activity, and user reports. Depending on the severity, violations may result in a warning, content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination. Severe violations — especially any involving minors — are reported to the appropriate authorities.
Appeals
If your account was actioned and you believe it was a mistake, contact support@purelove.chat with your account email and a description of the issue. We will review and respond.
